Posting of Circular
Further to the announcement of 7 March 2016 relating to its proposed fundraising, the Board of Nektan confirms that the shareholder circular and notice of EGM (the "Circular") has been posted. The EGM will be held at 11.00am on 29 March 2016 at K&L Gates LLP, One New Change London EC4M 9AF.
