Posting of Circular and Annual Report

Following the announcement on 29 May 2012, in respect of the cash placing and subscription to raise £47.5 million (the "Fundraising"), the Company confirms that the circular (the "Circular") in respect of the Fundraising, including a notice convening the EGM, was posted to shareholders on 31 May 2011.

The Company also confirms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2011, including a notice convening the AGM, was also posted on 31 May 2011.
