KCR announces that, following its announcement at 7 a.m. today, the Company has published the Circular and notice of general meeting.
The Circular can be found on the Company's website, www.kcrreit.com, and is being posted to Shareholders today. The General Meeting is to be held on 30 July 2018 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 10.00 a.m.
