Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's leading independent wholesaler and distributor of alcohol and impulse serving consumers through its Franchised retail outlets and through hospitality and food service, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 53 week period ended 1 May 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website, www.conviviality.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 9.30am on 12 September 2016 at the Company's registered office, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BP.
