Availability of Portfolio Data on Website

Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited monthly portfolio listing of the Company, as at 30 November 2016, is now available on the Company's website at www.aberdeenprivateequity.co.uk.

Investments in underlying funds for the month end are valued using the values (whether final or estimated) as advised by their managers, general partners or administrators. The Company has therefore relied on the valuation and reporting methods used by the managers, general partners or administrators of the underlying funds.
