PIK Group announces successful placement of bonds

PIK Group announces successful placement of bonds of 15 Billion Rubles.

MOSCOW, August 21, 2015 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK) announces that it has completed the placement of its bonds of the BO-04 (ID #4B02-04-01556-A), BO-05 (ID #4B02-05-01556-A) and BO-06 (ID #4B02-06-01556-A) series. Placement was performed through collection of offers for fixed-price purchase.

The number of bonds amounted to 15,000,000 pieces with the total nominal value of the placed bonds of 15,000,000,000 rubles. The maturity of the papers is ten years. The coupon rate of the bonds is 14.25% per year which corresponds to a sum of 71.05 rubles for each paper issued. Coupon frequency is once every six months.

PJSC "Otkritie FC" and PJSC "Bank ZENIT" acted as managers of the placement

Proceeds from the placement will be used for advancing current Company activities.
