PDMR Shareholding
ClearStar (AIM: CLSU), a provider of Human Capital Integrity℠ technology-based services specialising in background and medical screening, announces that Nicolas Dufour, EVP and General Counsel, and a PDMR of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 September 2020 at a price of 39 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Dufour no longer has an interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
