PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC announces it was notified on 5 May 2021 that Michael Halloran, a PDMR, sold 55,000 shares at an aggregate price of 659.8.p.
The share sale relates to financing the ongoing remodeling of Michael's primary private residence and certain personal expenses. Michael is Group Head of Technology Strategy and also a Director on JTC's Group Holdings Board.
Following these share sales, the total beneficial holding of Shares by Michael and his connected persons is 1,594,910 Shares, representing approximately 1.19% of the issued share capital.
