PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Tarsus Group plc announces that on 11 November 2008, 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each were contributed by Mr Douglas Emslie into his SIPP. Mr Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus shares remains unchanged and he continues to be interested in a total of 773,785 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.25 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

This represents Mr Emslie's direct interest in shares in the company and is in addition to the shares held by the Tarsus Share Incentive Plan in which Mr Emslie is interested, and options held by Mr Emslie.
