Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, has been notified that on 8 May 2019, Christopher John Day, Executive Director, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has transferred 320,000 Christie Group plc ordinary shares to his wife, Mrs Sunita Abbigail Day, for nil consideration.Accordingly, Mr Day's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company have remained the same at 762,847 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.88 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
