With reference to above, we advise that a Committee of Directors authorised by the Board of the Directors at its meeting held on 4th August 2009 to decide the opening date of the QIP, GDR and Preferential issues met today and decided to open the QIP/GDR issue from today i.e. 17th September 2009.
