("Spearhead") Announcement re. its shareholding in Parity Group PLC ("Parity") Spearhead has made a number of announcements over the period from the 5thDecember 2005 to the 16th December 2005, referring to its acquisition of sharesin Parity. As of today's date Spearhead's shareholding in Parity is 67,438,936shares, representing 23.35% of that company's reported issued share capital. Spearhead has held discussions with the Board and advisors to Parity and isconsidering the possibility of making an offer ("Offer") for all of theoutstanding share capital of Parity. However, Spearhead currently has no firm intention to make such an Offer, norhas the price, timing or other conditions of any such Offer yet been determinedby Spearhead.
