North River Resources plc, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Lead-Zinc Project in Namibia, announces that it was notified today that Martin French, former Managing Director of the Company, has completed a series of disposals of the Company's ordinary shares, which have reduced his beneficial shareholding to below three per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
