The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified on the date stated below of the sale by the person named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), following the exercises of options under the Travis Perkins 2002 Executive Share Option Scheme at an option price of 841p and under the Travis Perkins 2003 Executive Share Option Scheme at an option price of 845p, on the date set out below, As a result these exercises and sale, such person has the beneficial interest in shares set out below.
