NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

AND 2010 FINAL DIVIDEND

Robert Walters plc, the leading international recruitment consultancy, will be announcing its Interim Management Statement for the first quarter ended 31 March 2011 on Wednesday 06 April 2011.

Following the announcement of its 2010 final results, the Board of Robert Walters plc is pleased to announce that it has recommended an increase in the 2010 final dividend to 3.5p per ordinary share.

If approved by Shareholders, the 2010 final dividend will be paid on Friday 17 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on Friday 27 May 2011.
