Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc on 26 March 2019 that with effect from 21 March 2019;

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. now holds 59,047,737 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 9.88% of the issued ordinary share capital.
