Notification of Full Year 2015 Results Announcement, Conference Call

15 April 2016. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its IFRS financial results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 22 April 2016.

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 Moscow time (13:00 London / 08:00 New York) on 22 April 2016.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
