The Company has also been informed by a letter dated 16 March 2006 from DresdnerKleinwort Wasserstein Group Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Allianz AG, onbehalf of Allianz AG and its subsidiaries, that following a purchase of2,000,000 ordinary shares by Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc, an indirect whollyowned subsidiary of Allianz AG, Allianz AG and subsidiaries are now interestedin 8,725,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company(comprising 3.42 per cent.).
