Stanelco PLC08 November 2006 Stanelco plc ("the Company") Notifiable Interest The Company was notified by a letter dated 08 November 2006 that SchroderInvestment Management Limited has an interest in 389,391,892 ordinary shares of0.1p each in the Company. This represents a total of 13.08 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company.
