Notice of Results

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th February, 2018 to consider, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017.

Trading Window shall remain closed for the period 5th February, 2018 (Monday) to 14th February, 2018 (Wednesday) for Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company.
