GLOBAL BRANDS S.A. ("Global Brands" or the "Company") Notice of Results The Company will announce its audited results of the year ended 31 December2014 on or around 1 June 2015. Shareholders' equity as at 30 June 2014 stood at £5,414. The Company has asecured convertible loan facility of £300,000 from the Company's ChiefExecutive Officer and major shareholder, Mr Gerwyn Williams. In the absence ofany other sources of additional funding, the Company will continue to bereliant on the financial support of Mr Williams.
