Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") wishes to notify that IRC, a producer and developer of industrial commodities in which the Company is a significant shareholder, has today announced its Second Quarter Trading Update for the three months ended 30th June 2016.

IRC also released an announcement on the 20th July under the heading 'Russian Government Officials' Site Visit to K&S with Positive Comments'.
