Announcement of date of IMS and Reminder of Proxy Voting Deadline
IFG Group plc, the financial services group and parent of leading UK platform provider James Hay Partnership and financial advisor Saunderson House, announces that it will issue an Interim Management Statement to coincide with its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 May 2015.
The AGM will be held at 12.00 noon on 12 May 2015 at the Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. It will be followed immediately by an Extraordinary General Meeting seeking approval to establish the 2015 Share Option Plan and appointment of new auditors.
Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their proxy vote and are reminded that votes must be lodged at the office of the Company's Registrar at Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited, PO Box 954, Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 or by voting online at www.eproxyappointment.comusing the details on their proxy form, by Sunday 10 May 2015 at 12.00 noon.
