Notice of General Meeting
Altona (AIM:ANR) announces that, further to the announcement on 5 December 2018, and pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 2006, it has today posted a circular ("Circular") to shareholders to convene a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc, 33 Creechurch Lane, London EC3A 5EB on Wednesday, 14 January 2019 at 11.30 a.m. to consider and, if thought fit, approve the resolutions for the removal of two directors from the Board.
