Motive Television Plc (the "Company")
Notice of General Meeting - additional disclosure
Following the General Meeting of the meeting held earlier today the board of the Company confirm that each existing ordinary share of the Company has been sub-divided into 1 new Ordinary Share of 0.1 pence and one Deferred Share of 0.9 pence.
Consequently at the date of this announcement the issued share capital of the Company comprises:-
108,606,667 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each
108,606,667 Deferred Shares of 0.9 pence each
The Deferred Shares do not carry any right to vote, or right to dividend. The Deferred Shares will not be listed or traded on AIM.
On 12 November 2007 the Company agreed to issue a further 86,414,285 Ordinary Shares in the Company which will be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 November 2007. Following the admission of the 86,414,285 Ordinary shares the Company will have a total of 195,020,952 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence traded on AIM.
