Air Music & Media Group PLC03 January 2006 Air Music and Media Group plc ("Air Group" or the "Company") Notice of EGM Air Group, the UK distributor of home entertainment products, has posted toshareholders a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting on 27 January2006. The resolutions to be tabled at the EGM propose to authorise the directors toallot ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the capital of the Company, to authorisethe Company to buy back up to a certain number of ordinary shares and toconsolidate every 30 issued and unissued Ordinary Shares into one ordinary shareof 75 pence.
