2014 Annual General Meeting
Mytrah Energy, the India-based independent power producer, announces that the 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at Frances House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EU, Channel Islands on Thursday 17 July 2014 at 12.00 noon.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2013 will be posted to shareholders on 16 June 2014 and will be available on the Company's website www.mytrah.com from that date.
The final results for the year to 31 December 2013 were released to the Market on 17 March 2014.
