Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on 29 December 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at Kiriakos Matsis 16, Ag Omologites, Nicosia, Cyprus.
A circular providing full details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, together with supporting documentation, has been posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website (www.secure-property.eu).
