Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ViaLogy PLC (the "Company") will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU on 11:00 a.m. on 29 October 2013.

The report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 will be published at the end of September.
