Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the Notice of Meeting for the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("the Notice"), to be held on Friday 1 May 2020, is available to view on the Company's website www.ccpeol.com. A copy of the Notice will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism in due course and copies of the Notice will be posted to shareholders together with the Audited Annual Financial Statements.

At the time of writing, the Company recognises that the Covid-19 Pandemic is creating uncertainty in Jersey, UK and elsewhere in relation to public events and gatherings. In the event that disruption becomes unavoidable, any updates in relation to the Annual General Meeting will be announced by an RIS announcement.
