Timestrip has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 December 2008, along with Notice of the AGM and proxy forms to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 11.30am on 24 July 2009 at Ground Floor, Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE.
