Notice of Additional Resolution at 2009 Annual General Meeting

Photo-Me, the instant service equipment group, announces that today it has posted to shareholders notice of an additional resolution to be proposed at the AGM convened for 29 October 2009.

The resolution, which is an Ordinary Resolution, is to re-elect as a director Françoise Coutaz-Replan, who was appointed as a new executive director and Group Finance Director on 24 September 2009, subsequent to the posting to shareholders of the original AGM notice.

Copies of the supplemental AGM notice have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. They will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS (Tel: 020-7066 1000).
