Following the announcement on 25 February 2016 of Martin Bolland's intention to retire from the board by the end of 2016 it has been agreed that Martin will step down as Chair and member of the Nomination Committee and Gillian Sheldon is appointed Chair of Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
