PROPOSED OFFER FROM THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC
Further to the proposed offer from The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar") announced on Friday 29 May the Board of TAP wishes to make clear that it believes that the level and terms of the proposed offer indicated in the announcement undervalue the Company.
The Board continues to urge shareholders to take no action in respect of this proposed offer. The Board will respond formally as soon as is practicable.
