Newcourt Group plc: Recruitment Acquisition Sigmar Acquires CCM International

Newcourt Group plc ("Newcourt") (LSE:NEW), the Irish based supportservices group, announces that its recruitment and aviationoutsourcing subsidiary, Sigmar Group Limited ("Sigmar"), has acquiredCCM International Limited ("CCM"). £ Based in Dublin, CCM is a leading healthcare recruitment companywhich specialises in the recruitment of doctors, registered nurses,midwives and allied health professionals for major hospitals, bothpublic and private in Ireland and overseas. The company also hasoffices in the UK and Sydney, Australia. £ This is Sigmar's third acquisition since the beginning of 2006 andhighlights its commitment to continued development in the stronglygrowing Irish recruitment market and in developing an internationalrecruitment business in selected sectors and markets.
