Appointment of Director General at JSC «Tyumenenergo»

17 July 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Alexey Soldatenko has been elected Director General of Joint Stock Company «Tyumenenergo» (the "Subsidiary") effective on 18 July 2019. The appointment was approved by the Subsidiary's Board of Directors at the meeting held on 17 July 2019.

Mr. Soldatenko was serving as Acting Director General of JSC Tyumenenergo since 27 June 2019 till 17 July 2019. He has significant experience in the industry since 1998, including position of Deputy Director General of PJSC "IDGC of Siberia" - Director of Branch "Chitaenergo", and joined Tyumenenergo in March 2019 as First Deputy Director General.
