New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Richard Howson, Group Chief Executive of Carillion plc has, effective 12 May 2016, been appointed a Non-Executive Director of John Wood Group PLC, the international energy services company providing a range of engineering, production support and maintenance management services to the oil, gas and power generation industries worldwide. Mr Howson will be a member of the Nomination and the Safety, Assurance & Business Ethics Committees.
