MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC NEW CONTRACT

Motive Television PLC (the "Company") announces today that its subsidiary Brown Eyed Boy Ltd has secured a contract with the BBC worth ‚£1.5 million in licence fees for the production of a second series of the comedy series "Little Miss Jocelyn", starring Jocelyn Jee Esien.

The first series was broadcast during 2006 on BBC3, and is to be repeated on BBC2 in the Spring. The second series will be transmitted on BBC2 in the Autumn.

The Company will announce its results for 2006 on 29th March 2007.
