The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class A Sterling Hedged US Enhanced Income Preference Share in the USEI Cell was 119.09 pence.

The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class B Unhedged US Dollar US Enhanced Income Preference Share in the USEI Cell was 118.78 cents.

- UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "UKEI Cell")

The Company announces that the net asset value of a UK Enhanced Income Preference Share in the UKEI Cell was 82.97 pence.
