Net Asset Value
The Company is pleased to provide its monthly net asset value per share ("NAV") update.
As at 31 May 2020, the unaudited estimated NAV (Cum Income) per Ordinary Share (ISIN GB00BVG6X439) was 88.82 pence.
This NAV has been calculated by Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services LLC.

The Company also announces the cumulative NAV total return performance as at 31 May 2020 as follows:

Monthly Investment Highlights and Factsheet
During the month of May 2020:
v The Company generated a total NAV return of 1.26% for May 2020. The revenue return was 1.08% and the capital return was 0.18% for the month;
v IFRS 9 reserves for expected credit losses (ECL) remained flat during the month as credit continued to perform well despite the continuing COVID-19 pandemic; and
v The Company received paydowns of $15.4 million during the month and received prepayment fees attributing to 0.07% of the revenue return during the month.
