The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of theOrdinary Shares at 31 August 2013 was 105.42p per share. A second interim dividend of 6.5p per share is payable on 20 September tomembers on the register as of 6 September 2013. The second interim dividend of6.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the OrdinaryShares at 31 August 2013 as the ex-dividend date is 4 September 2013.
