Aberdeen Income & Growth VCT PLC08 May 2008 ABERDEEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT PLC NET ASSET VALUE AND PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND The Directors of Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC (the "Company") confirm thatthe unauadited Net Asset Value of the Company as at 29 February 2008 was 72.8pper Ordinary Share. Subject to the approval of the Company's Shareholders at the Annual GeneralMeeting, to be held on 3 July 2008, the Directors are recommending the paymentof a final dividend of 2.3p per Ordinary Share, to be paid on 25 July 2008 toShareholders on the register at close of business on 27 June 2008.
