Net Asset Value 

The net assets of the Company as at 31 December 2008 were £77.0m, giving a net asset value per share of 102.6 pence, a decrease of 2.8 per cent from the net asset value as at 30 September 2008.  The Company has not made any additional pre-IPO investments since 30 September 2008.
