Net Asset Value
As at close of business on 13th August 2019 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 1,530.76p.
In accordance with the Investment Management Agreement entered into between the Company and the Manager, Polar Capital, effective 1st May 2019; any performance fee shall be accrued daily. As at close of business on 13th August 2019 the accrued performance fee was 0.12p per share and has been deducted from the net asset value figure above.
