The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 April 2016 was 102.54p per share.
An interim dividend of 6.5p per share has been declared and is payable on 3 June 2016 to members on the register as of 20 May 2016.
The interim dividend of 6.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 April 2016 as the ex-dividend date is 19 May 2016.
