The Board of Terra Capital plc ("the Fund") announces that the estimated unaudited net asset value per share on 28 February 2014 was US$0.961 ex dividend.

The dividend of US$0.0335 per share with an ex-dividend date of 12 February 2014 was paid to shareholders on 7 March 2014.

The Net Asset Value per share figure as at 28 February 2014 is unaudited and includes certain estimates, the most significant of which is the estimated tax liability relating to the sale of property in Macau.
