The Company announces that the bid price Net Asset Values, including current period revenue, at 28 February 2007 were:

per Ordinary unit 70.82p per Growth share 7.60p

per Zero Dividend Preference share 63.22p

Gross assets less current liabilities ‚£14.27m

On 22 February 2007, the Company decreased the total amount drawn down under the Bank of Scotland facility by ‚£250,000 to ‚£3,020,000. The Company is currently eligible to draw down a maximum of ‚£4,000,000 under the loan facility.

Fair value of the debt is not materially different from the par value.
