The Company announces that the bid price Net Asset Values, including current period revenue, at 10 June 2008 were:

per Ordinary unit 77.11p per Growth share 3.55p

per Zero Dividend Preference share 73.56p

Gross assets less current liabilities ‚£11.52m

On 2 June 2008, the Company decreased the total amount drawn down under the Bank of Scotland facility by ‚£570,000 to nil. The Company is currently eligible to draw down a maximum of ‚£1,500,000 under the loan facility.

Fair value of the debt is not materially different from the par value so no additional fair value NAV is required.
