Close IHT AIM VCT PLC08 September 2006 Close IHT AIM VCT PLC The board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 6 September 2006, theunaudited net asset value of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares wasapproximately 94.80 pence. This net asset value is after accounting for the dividend of 1.4 pence per sharedue to be paid to shareholders on the register as at 18 August 2006 in respectof the initial allotment on 24 January 2006 of 3,133,767 A Ordinary shares and8,126,550 B Ordinary shares.
