City of Birmingham18 April 2005 NEC / Birmingham Exchange Offer BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL has released a notice relating to its previously announced Exchange Offer for the NEC Finance plc 10.625% Debenture Stock due 2016 and 13.625% Debenture Stock due 2016. At the meeting held this morning, Stockholders passed the resolution to grant the City the ability to exchange the holders into a new unsecured Birmingham City Council 2030 Stock. The new stock will be priced at 10:00a.m. UK time, Tuesday, 19th April 2005.
